Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Smart World Accessories Limited. We value your business and are committed to ensuring you have a satisfying experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Returns and Eligibility

You have 2-3 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:


The item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original, undamaged packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.


2. Category-Specific Return Conditions

Due to the diverse nature of our product lines, certain items are subject to specific guidelines:


Smart Gadgets, Audio, & Mobile Accessories: Must not show signs of physical damage, scratches, or software tampering. All original factory seals must be intact where applicable.


Solar Products & Power Stations: Returns are subject to inspection to ensure the product has not suffered from electrical surges, incorrect installation, or misuse. Manufacturer warranties apply to technical defects.


Wellness Products (Herbal Teas, etc.): For health and hygiene reasons, all wellness and consumable products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once the safety seal is broken or the packaging is opened.


3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, our technical and quality control teams will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.


Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or via bank transfer) within 5-7 business days.


Rejected Returns: If the item is found to be damaged due to user error, improper installation, or opened consumables, the return will be rejected, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.


4. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or factory defect).


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service immediately within 24 to 48 hours of delivery with photographic or video proof to initiate a swift replacement or repair under warranty.
